This website is currently under development and serves solely to provide information about the Retail Gaming Solution project - Retail meets Gaming.

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website or to enable communication with visitors.
This privacy policy explains which data we process, the legal basis for such processing and the rights you are entitled to.
2. Website & Server Log Files
When accessing this website, our hosting provider united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, automatically processes server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, requested file / URL, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system).
Purpose / Legal basis: Technical provision, stability and security of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Storage period: Log files are stored by united-domains for a maximum of 7 days and are then deleted or anonymised, unless security-related events require a longer retention period.
Recipients: united-domains AG as hosting provider and data processor. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.

If you contact us by email or via a contact form, we process the information you provide (name, email address, message content) solely for the purpose of handling and responding to your inquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with interested parties and partners); additionally Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Storage period: Data will be deleted after the communication has been completed, at the latest after 6 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Microsoft Teams
For video conferences that we participate in or conduct ourselves, we use Microsoft Teams (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). In this context, data such as name, email address, meeting content, IP address and connection data (time, duration) may be processed.
Purpose / Legal basis: Conducting online meetings (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, where contractually necessary; otherwise Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest in efficient communication).
Data transfer: A transfer of data to servers in third countries (e.g. USA) cannot be ruled out. Microsoft provides appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (including standard contractual clauses).

5. Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use cookies, does not use analytics tools and does not use external tracking services. No user profiling takes place.

The transmission of this website is encrypted (SSL / TLS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
